We were extremely happy with the service that you gave us for last Sunday’s function at Olives and Plates on the Wits university campus. I was most impressed with Joe and Lee, the technician who looked after me on the day. I was equally impressed with Mark’s speedy responses to Cathie original enquiries, and I remained impressed by the way both he and you dealt with me when we loaded some photos on the memory stick.

In short, if you are asking how you can improve your service, the answer is do nothing Keep things just the way they are and you will continue to have very satisfied customers! We’ll spread the word whenever we get the opportunity.
