Just wanted to say thank you for last night – the lights were perfect. Your team were incredible last night. This was by no means a complicated or big job for them but the two worked with such enthusiasm and cheerfulness , they were beyond helpful and you could just see how much they enjoyed their job.

I was just blown away by them, you should be extremely proud that they represented Upstage with incredible professionalism and certainly went the Extra Mile to ensure that the lights were perfect and the client (me) was happy. I trust that you will ensure that they receive the accolade and acknowledgement that they truly deserve.
