I wanted you to have in writing my huge thanks and congratulations for an excellent job well done. The team headed by Gabriel and Lucky were so professional and on top of everything – always friendly and helpful. Sunday was crazy with 8 simultaneous sessions running, often all requiring AV at the same time; but the team managed to hit every stop and make sure all the presenters were satisfied.

Looking forward to working with Upstage again in the future. Please let me know if you have any comments/feedback if things could be improved by us?
