I am new to the sound desk at our school and have no previous experience in lights and sound, but your staff was very patient and helpful.Although I had given very short notice for the rental of the lights, the company was able to fulfill my needs.The technician happily set up and tested the lights in the correct location, and then returned after 5 pm to replace a blown globe.

In fact, I was so satisfied that I have used Upstage again since then for rental of lighting equipment for our GRADS drama festival!
